Luxury holiday cottage for rent in Lostwithiel Cornwall

Deposit: 25% of total rent. Deposit payable at time of booking. Balance at 8 weeks before arrival date.

Please note that holiday weeks at the Moorings run from Saturday to Saturday. We ask guests cooperation in not arriving before 3pm and vacating the house by 10 am on the day of departure. High season 1 week minimum Saturday to Saturday.

POINTS TO NOTE WHEN BOOKING

  • There is a river close to this property.
  • Please take extra care with young children.
  • Smoking is not permitted within this property.
  • This property is considered unsuitable for the less mobile.
  • No pets please.
  • High season 1 week minimum Saturday to Saturday.
  • As indicated in the description bed linen is included and bathroom towels.
  • Beach towels can be hired for an additional cost.
  • Charging Electric Cars via the house mains is NOT PERMITTED. Charging would compromise the house electrical system, my home insurance and health and safety recommendations
